MEMTEK, LLC is a company dedicated to developing and implementing very high reliability embedded Non-Volatile Memories for application in all environmental conditions. It has developed a very scalable, low cost memory cell that is integratable with analog and digital process with minimum impact. The technology is running today in multiple technology nodes, from 0.8 to 0.25 microns in different customer fabs. The foundry implementation of the technology has been completed and qualified for industrial and automotive applications at the 0.35 node at
austriamicrosystems AG. fab at Graz, Austria,in Europe. austriamicrosystems is well known as a speciality manufacturer of high reliability low power digital and analog products and high power products for the high reliability automotive and industrial markets.
MEMTEK LLC also has filed patents for very high density memory cells. One of which is a novel Location-Specific NAND cell using Nitride as the storage element. This cell separates the program and erase functions of the LS-NAND cell and hence eliminate the erase constraints on the cells.
MEMTEK is ready to work with IDMs, foundries or other customers to provide license to the developed embedded technology and support in the areas of process integration, process optimization, design services, memory design training, product reliability and qualification and product test.
MEMTEK is also ready to license and cooperate on the high density NAND concept with partners who have the development, manufacturing and marketing capabilities to bring the LS-NAND technology to market.
